Site inspection starts with departure of technical specialists to a Customer enterprise with the purpose of revealing sources and character of impurity formation.

The following is performed on site:

1. Site water balance scheme analysis
2. Investigation of existing systems of water supply and sanitation on site
3. Determination of waste water main sources and formation conditions
4. Determination of waste water quantitative and qualitative characteristics
5. For this purpose water sampling is performed for further analysis in an accredited laboratory
6. Study the possibility of shared (or split) treatment of various waste water categories

During the site investigation study of its technical documentation and operational data is carried out, analysis of existing sewage treatment plants operation as well as revealing of shortcomings in site operation and checking the status of operation is performed.

Based on water analysis, our specialists carry out development of optimal technology of water purification and water treatment and perform selection of the required equipment

Also, if needed, testing of technological scheme is carried out on our pilot installations in real conditions at customer's enterprise.

Technological scheme development is performed based on the following algorithm:

1. Obtaining initial data from Customer. Initial data to be obtained during site investigation or based on questionnaire filling in by Customer and and containing data on water analysis, consumption and frequency of water consumption.

Also, for the purpose of technology development, it is nessesary to obtain the Customer's requirements for purified water. For water treatment this means compliance with drinking water standards or specific requirements connecting with particular properties of technological processes of further water usage.

2. Specific water treatment method (or combination of methods) is selected based on initial data analysis. For each method optimal set of equipment is selected and technological scheme using additional engineering equipment is arranged.

3. Next step is design of automation of the entire technological scheme operation including setting shut-off valves.

In this form technological scheme to be transfered to design department.

Design work covers creation of technological constructive solutions as well as arrangement of life support systems of the facility.

As agreed with the Customer, technological design may be preformed in part or in full together with development cost estimates and related parts. Engineers commence work only after approval of technical specification. If required, our specialists will  assist in technical specification development taking into account initial data and requirements specified for water treatment systems of this enterprise.

Technological design includes several stages:

• Preliminary elaboration of solutions, discussion with Customer in respect to technologies, types of equipment to be used, coordination of documentation, preparation of technical commercial offer;
• Examination of the facility where installation of water treatment systems to be set. Technical design assumes elaboration of several versions of water purification that will help select the most optimal solution for effective arrangement of processes. This stage covers fulfilment of main works, i.e. all possible ways of system connection to water supply, power grid, heating network, sewage system;
• Work project will be result of cooperation.
